About the Company

This private equity-backed financial services business has built a strong and successful presence across the North of England and is now launching its London office following significant investment to support its next phase of growth. Through substantial investment in marketing and client acquisition, the business generates a consistent flow of inbound enquiries, supported by a specialist team that qualifies opportunities before introducing them to advisers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings with qualified prospective clients and complete comprehensive fact-finds.
• Assess financial circumstances and deliver suitable recommendations in line with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional financial advice.
• Work closely with support teams to maximise client outcomes while maintaining compliance standards.

About You

• Level 4 Diploma qualified with experience working as a Financial Adviser, Financial Planning Consultant, Wealth Adviser, or similar regulated advisory professional.
• Proven experience conducting client meetings, fact-finds, and delivering regulated financial advice.
• Experience working within FCA-regulated environments and meeting compliance requirements.
