Charlotte joined Fintelligent as Principle Consultant in 2025, Real Estate & Senior Debt, a sector she has supported since early 2024.

Charlotte works with seasoned professionals and emerging talent across Development Finance, Bridging, Structured Finance, and Real Estate Private Equity, partnering them with Advisories, Banks, Non-Bank Lenders, and Investment Managers in the UK and EU. Her client book ranges from leading global enterprises to boutique firms with complex and esoteric financing appetites.

In her spare time, Charlotte is a keen gym-goer who is passionate about health & wellbeing, has completed half-marathons and Hyrox events but also balances this with an appreciation of fine food and wine!
