Owen operates UK-wide, working with funders and intermediaries on assignments for sales, credit, operational roles, and senior management positions. His client base is multi-sector, focusing on firms that provide tailored funding solutions to trading businesses and high-net-worths. Additionally, Owen provides support to the Real Estate team on operational roles.

Originally from East Lothian, Scotland, Owen relocated to Manchester in 2022 and established a local football club which he both plays for and manages.

Key Responsibilities • Manage unregulated bridging loan applications from initial enquiry through to completion. • Review credit reports, valuation reports, legal documentation, bank statements, and due diligence information to support lending decisions. • Prepare loan terms, offer letters, investment memorandums, and credit committee papers. • Work closely with brokers, solicitors, valuers, investors, and internal stakeholders throughout the lending process. About You • Minimum 1 year’s experience working within bridging finance underwriting or a similar specialist lending environment. • Experience manually underwriting bridging or property-backed lending cases. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
